Shipping and Deliveries

We ship your order worldwide, safely and securely.

ITALY AND EUROPE
Standard shipping is free for orders delivered in Italy and to destinations in Europe.
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer through trusted couriers or carriers. For immediately available products, the estimated delivery time is within 30 days from order confirmation. Any applicable delivery estimate will be shown at checkout.

OUTSIDE EUROPE
Shipping costs for destinations outside Europe range from €20 to €65, depending on the delivery location. The exact cost will be shown in the order summary before payment is requested.
Examples:

– North America: €40
– Australia: €65

Shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees, or other charges under the laws of the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery times for non-EU countries may be longer depending on the destination and customs procedures.

When the order is delivered, please check that the package is intact and that there are no visible signs of damage. If the package appears damaged, please notify the courier where possible and contact us as soon as possible, preferably with photographs, so that we can investigate the issue promptly.

Failure to notify the courier immediately, or signing for the delivery, does not limit or waive any mandatory consumer rights. The customer retains all rights available under applicable law in relation to non-conforming, defective, damaged, or late-delivered goods.
