Shipping and Deliveries

We ship your order worldwide, safely and securely.

ITALY AND EUROPE
Standard shipping is free for orders to be delivered in Italy and within Europe.
Delivery of the goods will be made to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the
order, through trusted couriers or shippers. For immediately available products, shipment will
be made within 2-5 days after order acceptance; for products not immediately available,
delivery will be within 30 business days.

OUTSIDE OF EUROPE
The shipping cost outside of Europe varies between €20 to €65 depending on the location of
delivery. It will be stated in your order form in any case prior to the payment request.
Examples:

– North America: €40
– Australia: €65

Shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to taxes and customs
duties, which will be borne by the recipient.
For non-EU countries, delivery times should be considered longer depending on the
destination country.
At the time of delivery of the goods by the courier, the Client must check that the quantity of
goods ordered corresponds with what is indicated in the transport waybill; that the packaging
is not damaged or wet or, in any case, altered; this applies to the fastening materials as well.
Eventual damages must immediately be notified to the courier carrying out the delivery.
Once the courier’s document has been signed, the Client will not be able to contest any of the
exterior characteristics of the goods delivered.
