6. Shopify platform and Shopify Network Intelligence
The website is hosted and operated using the Shopify platform. Shopify may use cookies and similar technologies necessary for the operation of the online store.
Shopify has introduced Shopify Network Intelligence, a feature that uses aggregated customer data from participating merchants to power Enhanced Services (such as the Shop channel, Shopify Audiences, Shopify Search & Discovery, Shopify Collabs and Shopify Collective). Your customer data is not shared with other individual merchants; it is used by Shopify in aggregate to generate insights.
Where Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled:
- if a customer does not consent to non-essential cookies via the cookie banner (integrated with Shopify’s Customer Privacy API), their device data will not be used by Shopify Network Intelligence for non-essential purposes, including advertising;
- if a customer opts out of the sale or sharing of their data, their activity will not be used for advertising purposes within Shopify Network Intelligence;
- if a customer requests deletion of their data, it will also be deleted from Shopify Network Intelligence.

7. International transfers
